What Metro Detroit Says About Us
See what Metro Detroit homeowners and businesses have to say about their experience with BH Door Solutions. We're proud to earn the trust of our neighbors across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, one door at a time.
What our customers say
We are a young company in metro Detroit, so this page is short. Every review below is a verified Google review from a real job, shown exactly as the customer wrote it. Nothing here is written by us.
“I appreciate you and what you have done for our business here at planted. It was quick and fast. I do wish to have business with in the the nearby future.”
Our promise to every customer
Reviews are earned, not written, and we would rather show you one real one than a page of invented ones. Here is exactly what you can expect when you call BH Door Solutions:
- On-time arrival in the window we promise — with a heads-up when we're on the way.
- A clear explanation of what we found and what we recommend before any work starts. No surprises, no pressure.
- Clean, careful work that protects your home, followed by a full cleanup.
- A workmanship guarantee — if something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
How we earn every review
Trust is built on the job site, not on a webpage. Before any work starts we look at the door with you and explain in plain English what we found and what we recommend, whether the visit is a quick door repair, a sliding door repair, or a full entry door installation. Nothing starts until you say yes.
During the work we protect your floors, keep the site tidy, and test everything before we pack up: the swing, the latch, the lock, and the seal. When we leave, your door closes flush, locks smoothly, and keeps the weather outside where it belongs. If anything is not right afterward, the workmanship guarantee means we come back and make it right.
That is the standard on every job in every suburb we serve, from Warren to Novi. See the kind of work we do in the project gallery, or check whether we cover your city on the service areas page.
Building a reputation, one door at a time
We'd rather earn your trust than borrow someone else's words. Every job is done to the standard we'd want in our own home — clean, on time, and guaranteed.
